These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales carried out by Techfone, whose registered office is located in Angoulême, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 941 953 127 RCS, and whose business involves the sale of electronic devices, accessories, and other technology products.
1. Scope of Application
These T&Cs govern all sales made by Techfone via its website [www.techfone.fr] as well as in-store sales. Placing an order online or in store implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.
2. Products
The products available for sale are those listed on the Techfone website, subject to availability.
Techfone reserves the right to modify the product selection at any time without liability.
Images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may not constitute a contractual commitment.
3. Orders
All online orders placed via the Techfone website are subject to these T&Cs.
The ordering process includes product selection, order confirmation, input of billing and delivery details, and payment validation.
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email with the order details will be sent to the customer.
4. Prices
All product prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping fees are calculated separately and shown before the final confirmation of the order.
Techfone reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of the order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, or any other method offered on the website.
Payment is required immediately upon order placement.
Orders will not be processed without full payment.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process, subject to product availability.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Techfone shall not be held liable for any delay, unless it is due to proven fault.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in promotional offers.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (with all accessories and documentation), and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided all return conditions have been met.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Service
All Techfone™ products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for defects in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery.
In case of a defect, customers should contact Techfone’s customer service to initiate the return process.
Warranty does not cover:

9. Liability
Techfone™ ensures its products comply with current safety and quality standards.
However, Techfone cannot be held liable for any indirect damage such as data loss, loss of profits, or any other consequential damages arising from product use.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Techfone™ website (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during order processing is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
Techfone undertakes not to share customer data with third parties, except when required for order fulfilment.
12. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Techfone™ reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the registered office of Techfone, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
