1. What are the delivery times?

  • Mainland France: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination

Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales).


2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your parcel.
Free delivery is offered for orders over €0 (France only).


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to the carrier’s website to track your parcel in real time
